* Add `--min-size` and `--max-size` options.
* Progress reporting has been improved.
* The `--no-act` option now works for hardlinking too.
* Arguments are processed in the order they are on the command line,
  rather than being sorted.

* `--no-act` option added, to just pretend removing files.
* When removing, the copy in the last directory named on the command line
  is kept, if possible.

* Use low-level file descriptors instead of Python file objects for I/O,
  for speed.
* Read data in smaller chunks, for speed. It is usually needless to read
  more than a few kilobytes to find a difference, so any further reading
  is a waste of time.
* Make use of the cliapp framework.
* Make use of distutils for building a package.
