I suspect it means your backup repository is partially corrupted.
Sorry. That's bad news.

https://obnam.org/faq/missing-node/ may or may not be useful to you.

Obnam does not have a way to fix that or to recover from that. I
recommend you can switch to a new backup program before you need to
restore data. (In any case, you should do that by the end of the year,
as Obnam is retiring.)
