Open bugs in Obnam

The above ticketing system listens in on the Obnam mailing lists, and
opens tickets for any new discussion, and adds all the mails in that
discussion to the ticket for the discussion. To open a new ticket,
just send a new mail (not as a response to an existing discussion,
however). The developers will manage the tickets via git using the
[distix](http://liw.fi/distix/) tool. The pages linked above list open
and closed tickets.

The bugs listed below will be kept here until they're closed. New bugs
will not be added here.
