Disable yarns
In some circumstances, the encryption related yarns fail. gpg fails to
start a gpg-agent, but doesn't say why. I'm giving up. I've spent days
on this now, and I don't understand why it fails. It always works when
running Obnam for real. I want 1.20 to get into Debian strach, so I'm
disabling yarns while packge is built. I'll return to this later.
