We have several repositories and are moving to using group level
milestone, so we need a number of shortcuts to cover issues and MRs
for each repository, plus one for the new milestones. Ikikwiki
shortcuts aren't flexible enough to allow one for all projects, but
one per project isn't bad.
Intentionally not changing the existing shortcuts that are used in
tons of places, only adding new shortcuts.
The new shortcuts have a short link text, because the "Subplot issue
XXX" is a bit tediously long, if wonderfully clear.
