Filing this via obnam-dev so others aware and can help if they feel
like it, and so that I don't forget to look at this.
The Obnam test suite (./check) has occasional issues on Debian stretch
and later, with gnupg2. I've not narrowed down what's going on, but
seems to have something to do with gpg-agent. The test suite runs gpg
with GNUPGHOME set to a temporary directory, which may have something
to do with it. This only happens on my laptop, not on my CI workers.
